With THE B, Townscape is now developing its fourth office project in Berlin and creating new office space in a top location in East Berlin - between Ostkreuz and Warschauer Straße in the fashionable district of Friedrichshain. In this project, Townscape is yet again focusing on modern architecture and flexible units. The ground floor of the building additionally offers space for commercial areas, cafés and restaurants.

The project planning is being carried out in cooperation with the architecture firm Eike Becker_Architekten. We are aiming to gain gold certification from the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) as well as a wired score certification.
