Everyone dreams of living in the Prenzlauer Berg district. But our SCALE project on Storkower Straße, just opposite the Velodrom and bordering onto the Friedrichshain district, will make the area equally attractive to businesses and companies.

SCALE lays the foundation for a new central business district. Eight storeys high and with a total GFA of 24,400 m², the building will house flexible office space on the upper floors and commercial lets on the ground floor. Outside, the spacious, landscaped boulevard will be a vibrant and attractive place to linger. And to highlight our commitment to future generations and to the location, we're also aiming to gain gold certification from the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).

Plans for the 5,497 m² plot of land on Storkower Straße were developed in close collaboration with K6Architekten. The building work on SCALE is due to be completed in the last quarter of 2022.
