Townscape has already left its signature on Humboldthain Technology Park with its office building GROW. Now the ENTER building is set to join the stage in the immediate vicinity and shape the silhouette of the city.

ENTER is a modern building that offers five floors of flexible office space and various meeting spaces on the ground floor. The striking architecture with its open, green atria was designed by RKW Architektur +. We, in turn, purchased the land, developed the concept, and handled planning, financing and marketing.

In early 2020, the fully leased property has been sold to Deka Immobilien. A few months later, in December 2020, the new tenants Contentful & Merantix started moving into their new office spaces. The completion and final handover to the buyer has taken place in August 2021.
