"Never change a winning team.", they say. Having collaborated successfully with Sassenscheidt GmbH & Co KG and our partner architecture firm, RKW Architektur + on phases 1 and 2 of the MiKa project, we joined forces once again for the Lutherstraße project.
On a 8,500-m² plot of land in the heart of Leipzig city, we have planned a residential building with various different apartment layouts and 26,900 m² GFA. The plans include a number of market-friendly micro-apartments as well as commercial lets on the ground floor.
In November 2020 the property has been sold to BUWOG, including planning and building permission.
