The EAST VILLAGE project in the Sachsenhausen district of Frankfurt consists of 61 freehold apartments in five six-storey buildings with 140 underground parking spaces - an attractive complete package that was planned by RKW Architektur + and implemented by the 6b47 Group.

Two weeks after we took over sales and marketing, a sales quota of 20 per cent had already been achieved. The project was completely sold by its completion in 2015.
