Introducing a new company division GROW was our first project of its kind in the capital: a modern, flexible building with six levels that provides around 9,300 m² of commercial space for offices, cafés and restaurants and events in the Humboldthain Technology Park.

Just two months after construction began in 2017, the property planned by Elwardt & Lattermann Architekten was already 90% let. The building, which was completed and 100% let in early 2019, is part of our portfolio.
