Apartments with views over water are a rare catch - and not just for aspiring residents. In 2016, investors were invited to submit tenders for a section of Lindenau Harbour in Leipzig, and we were fortunate enough to be awarded the contract in the September of that year. Four buildings, each with a separate entrance and four full storeys plus attic floor, are currently being built right next to the dock.

This project was planned by RKW Architektur + and developed, conceptualised and financed by Townscape as a joint venture with Sassenscheidt GmbH & Co. KG. And because waterside locations are in such high demand, the project was sold before groundbreaking to HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG. The handover took place in March 2021.
