The MiKa district in Dresden is located north of the Elbe and the "Kaditzer Flutrinne" flood basin. Building work will be completed in three phases. While the building work was being completed on the first construction phase, we began planning the second phase together with our tried and trusted partners Sassenscheidt GmbH & Co KG, and our visionary colleagues from RKW Architektur +. Following an exploratory workshop, we were joined by two additional architecture firms: Stefan Forster, and MSM Meyer Schmitz-Morkramer. With three firms of architects now involved, each was able to plan one building.

During the second phase of work, a total of 190 additional apartments will be built in the MiKa district in Dresden. In the first quarter of 2020, this phase was successfully sold to ATAL Development GmbH, who have now assumed responsibility for carrying through the project.
