Berlin, Alt-Hohenschönhausen
The former confectionery factory inspired the name "Schokostüke" (chocolate pieces) for a residential district in which we built a total of five houses with 157 rental apartments.
To meet demand, Elwardt & Lattermann Architects planned mostly small to medium-sized units with an average of 65 m². Townscape covered activities from acquisition through to concept development, planning, financing, sales and marketing. As a result, just six months after purchasing the property, we were able to sell the "delicious" property to HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH.
