North of the Elbe, in the Mickten district of Dresden, a new urban district is emerging: MiKa. The first phase of the building work has now been completed. Together, the three apartment buildings - each six storeys high - provide no fewer than 180 apartments with a total floor area of 14,800 m².

As always, the project development was completed to an exceptionally high standard, thanks to successful collaboration with long-standing business partners. RKW Architektur + was responsible for the architectural design, whilst the development, concept planning, financing and marketing were completed jointly with Sassenscheidt GmbH & Co KG.

The first phase of construction work on the MiKa district was sold at the beginning of 2019 to CORESTATE Capital. By 2024, we will have built another 720 apartments on two additional building sites.
