The 64 rental apartments on Chamissostraße in Berlin Spandau boast a great infrastructure and are close to both the water of Maselakebucht and the greenery of Maselakepark - in collaboration with Elwardt & Lattermann Architects, we planned them as family-friendly domiciles and developed them in accordance with the KfW 55 energy-efficiency standard. Gewobag also recognised the potential of the project and location and acquired the property upon completion in Q4 2018.
