At Ackerstraße 89 in Berlin’s Brunnenviertel district, we are developing our first serviced apartment property, comprising a total of 104 rooms. The project is spread across three building blocks: two blocks, each with eight above-ground storeys, and a section comprising a single-storey central building in the inner courtyard. The basement extends across all parts of the building and connects them underground.
Townscape acquired the site at the beginning of 2021 and developed various usage concepts during the planning phase. On the approximately 790-square-metre site, the three buildings will provide approximately 4,004 square metres of above-ground gross floor area. The ground floor of the front building offers an additional approximately 88 square metres of commercial space. The building is being constructed in accordance with the requirements for a new Energy Efficiency Class 55 building.
With numa, an experienced operator has been secured, who has already signed a long-term lease of 15 years and will take over the property upon completion in Q4 2026.
