Berlin, 25 April 2018: The real estate developer Townscape is currently developing a housing construction at Lindenauer Hafen in Leipzig in a joint venture with the company Sassenscheidt GmbH & Co. KG. The development will contain a total of 72 rental apartments and 61 underground parking spaces. Plans are in place for the building to contain apartments with two to five rooms and ranging from 50 to 120 square metres in size. The building was designed by the architecture firm RKW Architektur +, while legal advice on the property was provided by the law firm WALCH RITTBERG NAGEL Rechtsanwälte in Hamburg. The planning application for the project has been submitted, and planning permission is expected to be granted in the near future.
