Now it’s official. After successfully developing the MiKa-Quartier in Dresden for more than five years, we are stepping back as the implementation of the final construction phases approaches and handing over the baton to ATAL Development GmbH.
We were already able to complete the district’s first construction phase in March 2019 before selling it to CORESTATE Capital. The 179 apartments have since filled with life. A colourful blend of young and old, singles, professionals, families and pensioners now calls the former ‘Grüne Wiese’ site on the edge of Dresden’s centre home.
The remaining construction sites with a further almost 100,000 m² GFA, including the building permit for the second construction phase, were also already sold back in 2019. However, the final change of ownership has only now been completed. We are pleased to have found a partner in ATAL who will implement the project as planned and complete the district as we had intended.
