As planned, Townscape One was able to complete the final construction phase of the ‘Schokostücke’ residential district in the first quarter of this year. In a total area of 10,300 square metres, 157 rental apartments were constructed in five blocks. The buildings mostly contain small to medium-sized units with two or three rooms and an average size of approximately 65 square metres.

Today, the property was handed over to its buyer, the housing society Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Lichtenberg mbH, ready for occupation. You can find photographs of the completed buildings and more information on our project web page.
