In this year’s FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Germany property award, we were awarded a prize for our Chamissostraße 16–18 project in the Berlin district of Spandau! It means a great deal to us to be honoured as one of the best project developers in Germany. In this project, we have successfully created living space that is not only of a high quality but also affordable in cooperation with the architects from ioo Elwardt + Lattermann.
