  • The expansion of the Technical Project Development department follows the company’s positive development

Berlin, 21 February 2019: The real estate development company Townscape, which is based in Berlin, is expanding its Technical Project Development department in response to its growing project volume. The qualified architect M. Sc. Arch. Mateusz Kryslak (28) has been the new technical project manager in the Townscape team since 1 February 2019. Before joining Townscape, he spent several years working for the architecture firm RKW Architektur + in Düsseldorf.

Henrik Sassenscheidt, managing partner of Townscape, reports, ‘We already know Mr Kryslak from past projects that we have implemented together with the firm RKW + and value his expertise. I am therefore delighted that he has decided to strengthen our team at our Berlin location.’

The Technical Project Development department, which is managed by Thomas Schiffer, will continue to grow in the areas of both technical and commercial activity due to the company’s positive development. Plans are in place for a further project manager to join the team by the middle of the year, as well as a junior member and an assistant.

Mateusz Kryslak says, ‘After my experience of working in an architecture firm, the move to the real estate developer Townscape is the next step in my career. It provides me with more in-depth involvement in development processes and allows me to accompany a real estate project throughout the entire construction process. I am very much looking forward to this task and the upcoming projects here at Townscape.’ Mateusz Kryslak completed his ‘Diplom’ degree in Architecture at the Poznań University of Technology (Poland) and the TH Köln – University of Applied Sciences in Cologne. He subsequently achieved a further ‘Diplom’ degree in the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the University of the Arts in Poznań.
