After previously working as a technical project manager at Townscape, Thomas Schiffer (38) has now been appointed Head of the Technical Project Development department. The trained architect has already gained comprehensive experiences as an architect in charge of construction and project management. Before joining Townscape, he spent many years working for the architecture firm Bollinger + Fehlig Architekten in Berlin.

Sebastian Grabianowski, managing partner of Townscape, reports, “Our project volume has grown significantly over the past year and we are also continuing to actively acquire new plots of land. As a result, it was important for us to increase the size of our project development team. Given the tight situation in the employment market in particular, we are therefore extremely delighted to welcome Mr Schneider as an experienced member of staff and an optimal addition to our team.”
