Today, the topping-out wreath was hoisted into the sky in the Berlin district of Spandau. At its development at Chamissostraße 18, Townscape held a topping-out ceremony for 61 new apartments together with the housing society Gewobag and the general contractor Köster GmbH.

After the ‘Schokostücke’, the project is our company’s second housing project with a municipal housing society. Completion of the development is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2018.
