BASF bezieht insgesamt 15.000 Quadratmetern, die sich über 8 Geschosse verteilen. Durch den Einzug von BASF kommt nun richtig Leben ins SCALE! Zusammen mit der Ingenieursgesellschaft für Straßenverkehr Schlothauer & Wauer, die bereits 1.500 Quadratmeter bezogen haben, ist der Großteil des SCALE vermietet. Die vielen Mitarbeiter, die nun täglich ins SCALE kommen, werden den Standort deutlich beleben. Ein Impuls, den wir mit dem Schwestergebäude SPARK weiterleben.

Das nach den innovativen Plänen von K6Architekten konzipierte SCALE ist ein hochmodernes Bürogebäude, das anspruchsvollen Qualitätsstandards folgt und seinen Nutzern hervorragende Bedingungen für unterschiedliche Formen der Zusammenarbeit bietet. Beim Ausbau der Innenflächen standen wir in kontinuierlichem Austausch mit unserem Mieter und konnten von der Planungs- bis über die Ausbauphase sämtliche Wünsche von BASF realisieren.“
Henrik Sassenscheidt, Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter von Townscape: „Der Stadtteil belebt sich zunehmend und ist ein attraktiver Arbeitsort. Das ist Büromietern vor dem Hintergrund zunehmend hybrider Arbeitsmodelle wichtig. Aktuell sind noch 5.000 m² verfügbar, die über einen separaten Eingang verfügen und sich somit auch als Firmenrepräsentanz anbieten.“
Durch den Einsatz von Cobiax-Hohlkörperdecken fällt der Beton- und Stahl-Anteil des SCALE deutlich geringer aus: Im Vergleich zu konventionellen Stahlbetondecken wurden 15 Prozent der Betonmenge eingespart. Damit bietet das SCALE nicht nur einen sehr hohen Standard im Hinblick auf seine flexibel gestaltbaren Büroflächen, sondern auch mit Blick auf ESG-Kriterien und erfüllt hier Nachhaltigkeitsstandards wie DGNB-Gold-Zertifikat, Taxonomie-Konformität und Artikel-8-Fähigkeit.
