We develop innovative working spaces of the future. For these pioneering projects, we are looking for land or existing buildings in our preferred regions that have the potential to become flagship developments.

SPECIFICATIONS

Size GFA that can be developed from 5.000m² to 50.000m²
Ideal size approx. 10.000m² to 20.000m²
Development plan Should be available, small retail share possible. Both greenfield and brownfield properties are possible
Condition Existing properties should be vacant or partially vacant buildings that are suitable for office use
Miscellaneous Projects where the applicable building laws are relatively clear are preferred
Information

For an initial offer review, we generally need the following information:

  • Plot size
  • Site plan
  • Development plan including no. of base areas and no. of floor areas
  • Land register extract
  • Contaminated land register

In the case of existing buildings, additionally:

  • Year of construction
  • As-built plans
  • Tenant lists
  • Type of use
