On 4 March 2013, Townscape and the company Sassenscheidt GmbH & Co. KG submitted a request for preliminary planning permission for the housing development in Piepenstockstraße to the responsible building authority in the city of Iserlohn.

We expect to receive a positive administrative decision at the beginning of May 2013.
